    Making Habanero Pepper Flakes

    In this video we cut up about 5 ounces of Habaneros into strips for dehydration. They went in the dehydrator at 165° for 12 hours then crushed up into flakes. The final yield is only about 1 ounce of pepper flakes. You lose roughly 80% of the weight during dehydration.
